How do I return or exchange my item if I am an international customer?
You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail .Returns made within 15days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment except the original shipping fee.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a pre-paid shipping for International orders.
Please be sure to send your return or exchange using a method that provides a tracking number so you can follow its journey! Simply fill out the return & exchange message and place it in a securely sealed shipping container, making sure that all old shipping labels are removed or obscured.
